The idea for the TightSpin Trainer fastpitch pitching aid was conceived to help his sister become a better pitcher.

George had trained his sister, Danielle Pieroni since the age of 8 with the help of Cheri Kempf. He was always thinking of new ways to help his little sister become a better pitcher. About Peter Sprenkle

Peter Sprenkle has been active in coaching youth sports for over thirty years. He started in the Jesse Collyer Baseball/Softball League in Ossining, NY in 1975 when his daughter Linda, then eleven, signed up to play and her team did not have a coach. Starting out as a brand new coach his team won their first game 3-0 and he was hooked. Following two years in league administration, as well as coaching, Pete moved to Boulder, Colorado in the fall of 1977.
